By accessing elleryandfinch.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
7.1 Who we are
The store at elleryandfinch.com is operated by Solstead Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17447884.
7.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
7.3 Products, pricing and availability
- Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. Where UK or EU VAT applies at the point of sale under section 2.5, it is included in the price shown.
- We make every effort to display product colours, finishes and details accurately, but screens vary. Natural variation in materials, stones and finishes is normal.
- Availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities or discontinue items.
- We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.
7.4 Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, unavailability, or pricing error.
7.5 Sizing
Our products are manufactured to sizing standards that may differ from those in your country, including ring sizes and watch case dimensions. Please consult the size guide on each product page.
7.6 Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Ellery & Finch name and logo, text, images and design, is owned by or licensed to Solstead Limited and protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
7.7 Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site to break any law, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with site operation, or infringe anyone's rights.
7.8 Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your statutory rights in relation to goods.
Where permitted, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We supply goods for domestic and private use only and are not liable for business losses.
7.9 Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7.10 Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact Support@elleryandfinch.com first — we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. EU customers may also access alternative dispute resolution schemes available in their member state.
7.11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you habitually reside. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction, and EU consumers retain the protection of their local law.
7.12 Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
